Tabs Overview

The five main pages of the TrueSync interface and what each one is for.

The TrueSync interface has five main pages (tabs) you will navigate during a project. Each owns a distinct part of the workflow.

Media

The project's central hub for housing and managing all uploaded media.

  • All media is uploaded to the project via this tab, whether doing a direct upload, or using Media Shuttle or the S3 connector.
  • Metadata is displayed for easy visibility.
  • A wide range of filter options are available.

Shots

The project's management panel. View all shots, the character(s) in each shot, and their corresponding Vub Status, Review Status and Action Status. The page auto-updates statuses as the project progresses through the vubbing process.

  • Trigger the generation of vubs, exports & conforms for a project.
  • Use Download CSV to extract shot info, statuses and metadata

Characters

Manages all aspects of character management within a project. Here you create and manage characters and assign the audio stems. You can also generate vubs from this page.

Review

The primary vub review panel. Review the vub output options and decide whether they're approved or need further refinement. Shot status updates applied in this tab automatically update across the project.

Export

All exports and conforms generated for a project are stored here. You download exports from this page.
